Healthy vaccinated dogs/cats ≥10 weeks, combined ≤6 kg. Carrier dimensions are width 35 ×length 30 ×height 20 cm, closed on floor in front of passenger. No ordinary pets in A 350/B 787 Business. Reserve at least 24 hours before; dogs on Vietnam–US flights are not transported.

Applicable conditions
Passenger hold combined ≤32 kg, normally one pet per crate, up to three per passenger and nine per flight; specific cohabiting/young-animal exceptions apply. Above 32 kg use cargo. Australia excludes cabin/checked pets; into UK cargo-only, out of UK checked/cargo-only. Suitable rigid crate, route documents and waiver required. The FAQ has conflicting cabin sharing/count wording; confirm rather than extending hold exceptions to cabin.
