Dogs/cats with carrier ≤8 kg; soft, frameless carrier ≤55 × 40 × 23 cm, sum ≤118 cm, underseat and closed. Healthy, clean and non-pregnant; up to two animals per passenger across permitted cabin/hold services.

Larger dogs/cats may use the hold with an approved crate. Listed snub-nosed breeds cannot travel in the hold. Check in with the pet between two and three hours before departure. Route restrictions and crate suitability require service-centre approval; transfer via ZRH/GVA can incur the published EUR 150 surcharge.
