Ordinary dogs/cats travel only as accompanied hold baggage or independent cargo, not in the cabin. Obtain airline approval and entry/transit permits; provide species, count and weight. Pets to the UAE are prohibited. The page says hostile dogs/cats cannot share a hold. Charges based on pet+crate weight are outside baggage allowance.

Domestic weight bands 8/14/23/32/50 kg cost KZT 5,000/10,000/12,500/15,000/25,000; international USD 40/70/115/160/250. Fee bands do not confirm a universal maximum; book the actual case.
