Small dogs/housecats in the cabin only, no hold service. One pet and soft carrier per fare-paying adult; 55 L × 40 W × 27 H cm, closed under the seat with natural movement. No infant companions, unaccompanied minors, registered travel attendants, exit rows or under-seat medical devices. Porter-operated flights only; carrier counts as one carry-on.

Reserve at least 24 hours ahead; quota two pets per flight. Published CAD/USD 50 plus tax (50–57.50) per direction, nonrefundable. Arrive at least 90 minutes ahead and collect boarding pass at the counter. US dogs need six months, chip, CDC receipt and history-specific documents. The page also requires a vet health certificate/rabies within the past 12 months as a carrier condition, not universal government law.
