Ordinary pets cannot travel in the cabin. Accompanied hold limits are 75 kg combined and a crate dimension sum of 292 cm. Exceeding either limit, travelling unaccompanied or entering cargo-only destinations requires cargo. Contact sales 24–48 hours after booking; at most two crates per passenger subject to quota approval. Arrival four hours ahead is recommended.

Use an IATA rigid plastic/fibreglass crate with bolted halves and upper/lower door locks; no wood or wire-mesh crates. Remove/secure wheels, provide movement space and absorbent lining without straw. Two compatible adults each at most 14 kg, or three same-litter animals up to six months each at most 14 kg, may share. Published weight bands 23/45/75 kg and dimension-sum bands 203/250/292 cm are priced by route.
