Dog / Cat · In the cabin
Dogs/cats must be at least three months old. Combined pet, soft carrier and food: at most 12 kg domestically or 8 kg on other flights. Carrier 55 × 40 × 23 cm, sum 118 cm, closed under the seat until deboarding. Up to two same-species animals within the total limit; two signed forms. Large Dog On Board up to 30 kg applies only to selected domestic service.

Buy and confirm pet service at least 48 hours ahead through customer service, providing exact crate measurements. Route/aircraft quota, hold restrictions, country documents and prices need individual confirmation. New bookings from 1 December 2025 do not use the old allowance for other species.
