Selected Hainan-operated domestic non-connecting Economy flights only. Underseat soft carrier: 40 × 38 × 25 cm when compressed; extra-seat carrier: 60 × 40 × 35 cm. At most two pets per passenger, including at most one extra-seat pet; flight capacity is four on narrowbody or six on widebody aircraft.

Applicable conditions
No pets under eight weeks, pregnant, recently giving birth or operated within 48 hours, ill or sedated. Listed dangerous breeds and Samoyeds are excluded. Keep pets sealed in the net-covered carrier with diaper and clothing; dogs wear a muzzle. Official English breed and vaccination-date examples contain inconsistencies; clarify affected cases rather than treating them as exemptions.
