China Airlines/Mandarin-operated dogs/cats only, no interline connections. No checked pets on B 738 or Taiwan–Hong Kong sectors. One pet/cage, up to two cages per occupied-seat passenger and eight per flight. Book ≥48 hours and arrive ≥2 hours; actual combined-weight limits depend on airport facilities. Pregnancy beyond 40 days or birth within seven days excluded.

Rigid plastic IATA crate with one entry door, secure, ventilated and natural movement room. Listed dangerous dogs excluded; short-nosed breeds only selected country/season routes with total handling/travel under six hours and a larger crate. For US dogs, carry a printed signed airline AWB from 1 February 2025 plus applicable CDC documents.
