Dogs/cats travel accompanied; no unaccompanied freight. General maximum kennel 28×20.5×20.5 in, room to stand/turn. Tecnam requires a hard kennel behind a divider; Cessna 402 accepts soft/hard behind the last row/net, inaccessible in flight.

JFK flights: small dogs/cats only, pet+kennel ≤20 lb and 17 L×12.5 W×8.5 Hin. No pets on Britten Norman Islander flights. On specified Hyannis/Nantucket/Martha’s Vineyard/New Bedford/Norwood routes, a dog under 80 lb may travel restrained without a kennel; this is not a network-wide exception.

Published service charge USD 49 per carrier with up to two small pets from the same household; one household per aircraft. Advance notice is recommended, acceptance depends on space/weight/balance. An additional purchased seat replaces the pet service charge under the stated option. Retrieve pets planeside on each leg; connections are not automatic. Rabies vaccination and country documents are required.
