Domestic dogs/cats in cabin: combined weight ≤8 kg, one per passenger; carrier replaces the carry-on allowance. Pet normally at least 12 weeks and weaned; US flights at least six months, Guyana four months. Club Class, exit/bulkhead seats, unaccompanied minors and passengers with medical equipment are excluded.

Soft-sided, leak-proof and ventilated under-seat carrier: length 43×width 24×height 25 cm. Hard carriers are not accepted. Animal must stand, turn and lie comfortably, remain inside throughout and not extend outside.

Checked pets: total ≤45 kg, carrier maximum 122×81.3×89 cm as published. One animal per rigid leak-proof plastic crate, no top-petting door; secure door and joins, removable/disabled wheels, ventilation/space bars and sufficient room. Larger crates use prearranged cargo.

Reserve and pay at least 24 hours before departure; arrive with the pet/form no later than two hours before. Passenger at least 16; valid health certificate identifying breed and rabies proof. Space/payment do not remove operational restrictions. Codeshare/other operators and vacation packages are outside this service; hold connections are unavailable.

Into UK and Ireland, ordinary pets are cargo-only. UK departures from Manchester/Glasgow may offer cabin/checked, but London does not; Dublin departures may offer all modes. Listed origin countries cannot use one-way pet bookings to Canada and need round-trip approval. US-bound dogs with high-risk-country presence within six months are refused by this carrier.

French/American Bulldogs are excluded from hold; other eligible short-nosed animals in hold need signed acknowledgement, a crate one size larger and ventilation on all four sides.
