Dog / Cat · In the cabin
Domestic dogs/cats may travel in Economy with combined pet+carrier weight at most 10 kg, one pet per passenger and at most two cabin pets per flight, subject to confirmation. Cabin carriage is limited to eligible routes.

Use a soft kennel at most 17×10×9 in (L×W×H), leak-proof, secure, ventilated on three sides and without wheels; it must fit under the seat. The animal remains inside during flight.

Above 10 kg and up to 32 kg including container, book separately as checked baggage or cargo; above 32 kg book cargo. Checked service depends on aircraft and operations; the weight band alone does not ensure acceptance.

Book cabin travel at least 48 hours before departure for document approval; report at the airport three hours before. Carry original vaccination, health/rabies records, required permits and indemnity forms. The stated health certificate is issued within seven days before departure, subject to destination requirements.

Pets must be at least eight weeks, not pregnant or sedated; aggressive/unfit animals may be refused. Short-nosed breeds are prohibited in the hold. Cabin/checked service is unavailable to/from USA, Canada and Australia; India→UAE cabin is prohibited. UK pets use cargo to/from LHR/LGW, unavailable at BHX. Cabin is prohibited on ultra-long-haul flights; confirm every connection and actual carrier.
